Random Start: Become The Fuse by Hatebreed

For years I've loved this East coast hardcore sound.  Hatebreed seem like they've been around forever even though I think they got started in the 90s.  They're now synonymous with hardcore and carry the torch for that style of metal.  To me, their music is uplifting...the lyrics are generally positive and encouraging (except maybe that one song "Destroy Everything"...yeah, not that one).  In the times when I do run or work out I prefer heavy music, and Hatebreed has made frequent appearances in my exercise playlists.  So, if you're looking to get into shape or just for some positive energy to start your day, throw on some Hatebreed and get it on!  Become The Fuse!
